Return & Shipping Policy

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Cancellations:

8.1. Cancellation Prior to Delivery
You can cancel your order for any product at any time before it is delivered. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer care team at +44 7388 658000 or email us at info@empirefurnitures.com. If the cancellation is made before a delivery attempt, any advance paid will be refunded according to Empire Furniture’s refund policy. A delivery attempt is defined as a visit to your provided address for delivery purposes (“Delivery Attempt”). However, for any Made-to-Order (“MTO”) product, any advance paid will be forfeited upon cancellation before delivery.

8.2. Cancellation at the Time of Delivery
If you are unsatisfied with a product upon delivery, you may return it on the spot. However, this does not apply to MTO products, which cannot be canceled at the time of delivery.

8.3. Cancellation After Delivery
Once a product has been delivered, it cannot be returned or canceled.

8.4. Cancellation of Services After Delivery
Services associated with delivered products cannot be canceled once the product has been delivered.

8.5. Items Purchased During Sales
Products bought at discounted prices during sales are not eligible for cancellation after delivery.

8.6. Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, please inform the delivery personnel or our service associate immediately. If the issue is noticed later, contact us at +44 7388 658000 or email us at info@empirefurnitures.com. The damage or defect will be assessed within 1-2 days, and a solution will be provided. If Empire Furniture determines the product to be defective, it may be replaced, or other corrective measures will be taken. If it is determined that there is no defect, the product will be returned to you with no further action. Empire Furniture reserves the sole right to determine whether a product is defective.

8.7. Pin Code Specific Policies
Cancellation policies may vary by delivery location. To check the specific policy for your area, please enter your pin code on the product page.

Returns or Replacements:

8.8. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, or a product that does not meet the specifications of your original order, you may return it immediately at the time of delivery. No return requests will be accepted after delivery.

Refunds:

8.9. Refund Process
If you are eligible for a refund or promotional code, it will be processed according to the following guidelines:

  • a) Refunds will only be initiated once the canceled items are picked up from your premises.
  • b) For online payments or payments via credit/debit card at the time of delivery, the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days and credited to the same payment method.
  • c) For orders paid via cash on delivery, the refund will be initiated within 4-6 working days, with the refund credited to your bank account.
  • d) Refunds via promotional code for online payments will be sent within 7-10 working days either through hard copy or email, based on the most suitable circumstances.
  • e) A promotional code once used cannot be re-activated in case of order cancellation, whether initiated by the customer or by Empire Furniture.
